- Set up and operate mobile live scan equipment at designated locations, ensuring optimal performance throughout each session
- Guide clients through the fingerprinting process with clear instructions, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Verify client identification and accurately record all relevant data into databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
- Maintain meticulous records of each scan, including date, time, location, and client details, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Troubleshoot technical issues with live scan devices promptly to minimize delays and ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with administrative staff to manage appointment scheduling, data entry, and filing of scanned biometric information
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols during mobile operations
Experience
- Prior experience with data entry, clerical tasks, or administrative support in an office environment is highly desirable
- Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, or similar software platforms will be advantageous
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, order entry systems, and basic math for accurate record keeping
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with office procedures such as filing, data collection, transcription, or pivot tables is a plus
- Excellent typing skills for quick and accurate data entry along with attention to detail in documentation
- Previous experience in a role requiring customer service or technical troubleshooting will help you excel in this position
