Summary/Objective
The Customer Smile Creator will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, facilitating product launches, maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Core Responsibilities:

Increase the revenue of the companies at or above targeted amounts by establishing long-lasting partnerships with new customers.

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, trade show leads, etc.).

Successfully transition relationship of new customers to Sales Management and Customer Service teams.

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule and budget.
Duties:

Seek out customer needs and lead the effort to provide products/services to create smiles.

Represent our company at trade shows, industry meetings, personal visits and customer visits to our facilities with high-energy, problem-solving mentality and integrity.

Coordinate sales, product strategy and launch efforts with other Family Members and departments.

Follow established procedures for product launches & modifications, pricing, and other internal activities.

Analyze market potential, track sales, and provide status reports.

Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to leadership.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry. Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Education and Experience

Proven work experience as a sales representative or similar role.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including ability to electronically create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs for pitch meetings.
