About Repleno Distribution
Repleno Distribution is a growing wholesale distributor of smoke shop and retail-ready accessories, including grinders, pipes, rolling trays, and related products. We focus on high-margin, fast-moving SKUs designed for repeat wholesale orders. A wide selection of products and product categories increases sales potential for reps.
We are expanding our sales team and are looking for independent sales representatives to help place our products into smoke shops, convenience stores, tobacco shops, and specialty retailers. Brochures, price sheets/catalogs, starter pack sell sheets, promo sell sheets, leads and a variety of marketing materials will be provided.

- Independent sales reps already calling on smoke shops, vape shops, c-stores, gas stations, tobacco stores, or novelty retailers
- Reps currently representing other non-competing product lines
- Territory reps with existing store relationships

What You’ll Be Selling
- Retail-ready smoke shop accessories
- High-margin wholesale products
- Easy add-on items for existing store buyers
- Products with strong reorder potential
What You’ll Do
- Open new wholesale accounts within your territory or over the phone
- Present Repleno’s product line to retail buyers
- Call stores to collect contact info of owner/purchasing manager, and send product info (follow up weekly to collect order)
- Take opening orders and reorders
- Maintain relationships with your accounts
- Grow recurring monthly revenue
- Make a minimum of 100 calls per week
- Submit your activity log on Mondays and Thursdays by 8pm EST
Compensation & Structure
- Commission-only (1099 contractor)
- Competitive commission on gross revenue (20% Commission on Initial Orders, 15% Commission for all orders within the first 6 months of the new account, and 8% lifetime commission for all repeat orders)
- Residual commissions on repeat orders
- No cap on earnings

- Experience selling B2B or wholesale products
- Self-motivated, independent work style
- Strong communication skills
