We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality home health services throughout the greater Flint area.

Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders

Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve communication, swallowing, and functional independence

Educate patients, caregivers, and families on exercises, strategies, and home programs

Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

Complete accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency, state, federal, CHAP, and Joint Commission standards

Participate in care coordination and case conferences as needed

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license

CCC-SLP preferred, or completion of supervised clinical fellowship toward certification

Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience preferred (home health experience strongly preferred)

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
