What you’ll do
- Execute cleaning and restoration tasks for fire and water damage, ensuring properties are returned to their pre-loss condition.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration projects.
- Conduct mold remediation processes with precision and care, adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform carpet cleaning and asbestos abatement when required, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with team members to assess damages and develop effective restoration plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the restoration process.
Basic qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the restoration industry, including best practices in fire and water damage restoration.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in the restoration industry or related fields.
- Familiarity with mold remediation techniques and asbestos abatement procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
