Position Summary
As a Resident Care Aide, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will work under the guidance of the Resident Care Manager and Nurse Shift Supervisor to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support residents’ emotional, physical, and psychological needs
- Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
- Follow care plans and complete assigned duties accurately
- Collaborate with nursing staff and care team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- No experience required; training provided
