In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing a variety of products, while focusing on quality, efficiency, and safety. Essential Job Functions:

Produce various products using multiple processes, ensuring quality control and testing standards are met.

Process orders in line with department policies and procedures.

Load and unload products and tankers, including lifting items up to 80 lbs.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, assisting with sweeping, trash disposal, and other general tasks.

Operate equipment and forklifts safely (training provided), while maximizing efficiency and quality.

Perform maintenance and light repairs on equipment; welding, electrical, and fabrication experience is a plus.

Collaborate with other departments as needed and maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

Complete all other duties as assigned, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
Qualifications And Education Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred (not required).

Proficiency in performing intermediate-level mathematical calculations.
-
Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
-
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Must be reliable, capable of working in confined spaces, and able to pass E-Verify.

Completion of company safety courses and adherence to safety standards.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to complete these requirements with or without accommodation:

Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and 80 lbs. occasionally.

Stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods, including climbing stairs and ladders.

Work in various conditions, including confined spaces and outdoors as needed.
