Maintenance Technician – Full Time

Powder Mill Apartments is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our award-winning team in York, PA. We are a professionally managed, award winning, 224-unit garden-style apartment community, owned and managed by Manor Communities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general property maintenance and repairs
- Complete work orders and respond to resident service requests
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC issues
- Interior and exterior painting and carpentry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required
- Must be willing to be on-call for emergency maintenance (rotating schedule)
- Must live within 30 minutes of the property or be willing to relocate
