We are looking for mechanics that have a minimum of 5 years of experience with engine replacement, timing chains, head gasket, top end rebuild, and engine rebuilding (LS experience is a plus).
You will make $150,000 to $75,000 per year, if you have the ability to remove and replace 4 to 6 engines per week, running perfectly, with great quality. You must also have great diagnostic experience.
We are Georgia's #1 engine replacement company. Our highest weekly mechanic's pay is $3500 per week based on flat rate production.
- Must have high level diagnostic skill with the ability to utilize scanners, data, and schematics
- Ability to diagnose and repair: ac system, fuel delivery system, cooling system, starting system, charging system.
- Must have experience in removing and replacing engines, transmissions, timing belts and chains, head gaskets, and top end engine rebuild experience.
Top Pay -- Ability to earn UP TO $3500 per week based on productivity

Responsibilities
- Remove and replace engine. Mechanics that can R & R 4 to 5 engines per week will make between $75,000 to $150,000 per year.
- Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicle systems, including powertrains and electrical systems.
- Utilize hand and power tools to execute repairs, alignments, and transmission work efficiently.
- Interpret schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive problems and implement effective solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs and recommendations clearly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and organized shop environment.
