Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour plus Tips!
Training: $15 an hour plus drive time
Drive time: $8.00 per hour when LEAVING your home to your first job and throughout the day till you get home!

What You’ll Do:
- Provide detailed residential and occasional commercial cleanings.
- Follow cleaning checklists, protocols, and safety procedures.
- Work independently AND support your team.
- Represent our brand with a smile—you’ll be the face our clients trust!
We’re Looking for People Who:
- Are reliable, positive, and take pride in their work
- Have a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and working cell phone
- Can lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, bend, kneel, and move all day
- Can work independently and also be a strong team player
- Are coachable, accountable, and strive to improve every day
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm
- Optional nights/weekends
- Travel required across Marion, Mahaska, Wapello, Monroe, and Poweshiek Counties
- Base Pay: $17 to $23 base pay and $20 to $29 average with tips
- Paid drive time: $8.00/hr
Pay & Perks:

- Drive time is paid at $8.00 an hour while traveling to job assignments
