As a Residential Care Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in need. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with daily living activities in a respectful and compassionate manner.
- Assist with meals, hygiene, medication reminders, and transportation
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
- Responding calmly and effectively to challenging situations.
- Participating in required training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Support emotional and behavioral regulation using trauma-informed practices
- Use trained techniques for de-escalation when needed
- Complete required documentation including shift notes and incident reports
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the highest quality of care.
We’re seeking individuals who are:

21 years or older with a high school diploma or GED (required).
- Emotionally grounded, calm under pressure, and respectful in all interactions.
- Willing to learn and actively participate in required training.
- Reliable, with dependable transportation and the ability to work flexible shifts.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
