Bread Baker / Dough Production Team
We are looking for skilled, dependable Bakers with REAL bakery or kitchen experience to join our fast-paced production team. This is NOT a beginner or home-baking position.
Training pay starts at $14/hour (already with including shared tips) and increases quickly based on performance, consistency, and demonstrated skill. Long-term team members who meet expectations and show strong production ability may earn up to $22/hour.
As part of our bakery team, you will assist with the daily production of bread, cookies, and other baked goods while maintaining consistency, efficiency, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, measure, and combine ingredients accurately
- Make, shape, and proof bread dough using proper techniques
- Assist with baking bread, cookies, cakes, and specialty items
- Maintain product consistency and presentation standards
- Adapt recipes and production methods based on environmental conditions
- Monitor food safety and quality control procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace
- Track inventory and assist with restocking
- Support additional bakery and operational duties as needed
- Follow management systems, instructions, and production procedures efficiently
Requirements
- Hands-on experience working with yeast dough required
- Bread shaping/forming experience required
- At least 2 years of bakery or kitchen experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dough development and proofing techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and a quick learner
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic English communication required
- Basic math skills for measuring and scaling recipes
- Reliable transportation to Orlando required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate to heavy items
- Weekend, early morning, evening, and holiday availability required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous professional bakery experience
- ServSafe certification
- Experience with proofing, shaping, baking, and dough production
