Job Title: Superintendent
Salary: $110k-$135k depending on experience
Requirement: At least 3+ recent years in construction, out of a GC, with experience on Commercial, Municipal, governmental, and/or Higher Education type project experience.
Project Location: Raleigh, NC ($30M Project) - but backlog after is in the Greater RDA

As Superintendent, you will be in charge of on-site leadership, safety enforcement, schedule management, QC, sub coordination, document reporting, permitting, compliance, budget awareness, all the way through to close out & turnover.
- Minimum of 3+ recent years as leading Superintendent experience, out of a general contractor, with ground up project experience on projects over $20M.
- Base salary of $110k-$135k depending on experience + benefits package below.
