Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team in Morrisville, Pennsylvania, offering 12-hour shifts 9am-9pm 3 to 4 days per week.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient observation, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and working within assisted living or long-term care environments. This role provides an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities while working in a supportive and professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive patient observation to monitor health status and report any changes to supervising nurses or healthcare professionals.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- Support clients with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, hospice, and catheter care.
- Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts and ability to assist in mobility to ensure patient safety.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, laundry, cleaning, and other household tasks to promote a safe and comfortable environment.
- Maintain professionalism while working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or require long-term care support.
Skills
- Proven experience in patient care within home health settings.
- Ability to perform patient observation accurately and respond promptly to emergencies or changes in condition.
- Familiarity with EVV systems for medical documentation and record keeping.
- Strong understanding of dementia, Alzheimer's care, hospice support, and memory care techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
