Duties
- Conduct outbound calls and warm door-to-door visits to identify and qualify potential customers for fiber internet services
- Present compelling product demonstrations and explain technical features using clear, customer-focused language
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Negotiate pricing, service packages, and contract terms to secure new business opportunities
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies and maximize outreach success
- Close deals efficiently by guiding prospects through the sales process from initial contact to signed agreement
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing questions, providing technical explanations, and ensuring customer satisfaction during each interaction
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development within technology or telecommunications sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales deals
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar sales technology tools
- Technical sales experience involving complex products or services, especially in fiber optics or internet technology preferred
- Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns and engage customers via phone communication effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and persuasively
- Experience with consultative selling techniques and a proactive approach to business development
- Ability to adapt quickly to new sales technologies and adopt best practices for inside sales success
