Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing construction projects from initial estimation through project completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to client specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in construction estimating, project management, and contract negotiations, with a focus on delivering quality results within budget and schedule constraints.
Duties
- Prepare detailed construction estimates using estimating software.
- Develop accurate cost projections for civil construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and safety standards.
- Coordinate with construction site teams to monitor progress, quality control, and cost control measures.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout project lifecycle.
- Prepare reports on project status, costs, and potential risks for management review.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management within the civil construction industry.
- Strong proficiency with project management software tools.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and contract management.
- Extensive knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols.
- Experience in cost control, pricing strategies, and managing budgets for large-scale projects.
- Background in construction management or related field preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
