Experienced Maintenance/Electrical Technician – Weekend Shift (Reporting daily Friday - Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

We are seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Weekend Shift team (Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM). This independent, hands-on role involves complex mechanical and electrical maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of production machinery essential to our operations.
What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of industrial production machinery, including mechanical and electrical systems, with minimal supervision.

Work independently on the weekend shift, ensuring equipment is in optimal condition for continuous production.

Perform preventative maintenance and assist with large-scale repair projects, equipment upgrades, and equipment installations in coordination with the Facilities Superintendent.

Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues using technical documentation such as blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.

Collaborate with the Facilities Superintendent and other team members to support maintenance initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table:
3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in die-cutters, folder/gluers, flexo and offset printing presses (Bobst, Heidelberg, Man-Roland preferred).
Ability to work independently, especially during Weekend shift with limited supervision.
Working knowledge of OSHA standards, GMPs, and mechanical safety protocols.
Basic proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CMMS tools (FIIX preferred, training available).
Flexibility to work occasional first-shift hours for equipment installations, large-scale projects, and specialized training.

You must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED
Continuing Education certification(s) demonstrating Mechanical Skills (Mechanical Trade School certificate or equivalent experience)
3+ years of related work experience (mechanical experience is needed for this role)
Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery
Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other computer programs
Ability to operate and use a scissor-lift to heights of approximately 16 feet.
Support the Facilities Superintendent by providing mechanical support for production machinery and capital assets.
