Lead Bartender

Responsibilities

Lead and support the bartending team during service

Prepare craft cocktails with consistency, precision, and attention to detail

Deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm, attentive hospitality

Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked

Assist with inventory management and daily bar preparation

Maintain quality, presentation, and service standards

Train and mentor new bartenders while fostering a positive team environment
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Previous bartending experience required

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and modern bartending techniques

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
