We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who enjoys helping people, thrives in a professional office environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Yes, this is an in-person position.

What You'll Do:
Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage calendars and appointments
Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence and documents
Assist with mailings, occasional local errands and perhaps credit union visits (Must have a clean DMV report)
Maintain and update client databases
Support our team with various administrative projects
Help create an outstanding experience for every client and business partner
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience
Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service
Is highly organized and pays close attention to detail
Can prioritize multiple tasks without feeling overwhelmed
Is comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Is dependable, proactive, and works well independently as well as with a team
Brings a positive attitude, humility, and a genuine desire to help others
