Assistant Director of Nursing-Nursing Home
Located near Pittsford, NY
Salary: $110K to $130K range (based one experience)
An elegant long-term care, skilled nursing facility located near Pittsford, NY is looking for a compassionate and professional Assistant Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities of the ADON:
- Ensure that all nursing personnel in facility comply with established standards, practices and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care.
- Support the development and implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration.
- Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs and procedures.
- Function as Employee Health nurse; maintaining employee health records per state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must have current New York RN License
- Must have prior experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing
- Excellent clinical background and knowledge
- Must have experience in long-term care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
