Position Summary
Are you the kind of person who leads by rolling up your sleeves, not by sitting behind a desk? At Bluebird, we're a growing company where hard work opens real doors — many of our leaders started right where you'd be starting. We're built on four values that guide everything we do: Pursue Excellence by getting a little better every single day, Serve with Humility by putting your team and customers first, Be Accountable by having honest conversations and owning your results, and Deliver Smiles by being the reason someone's day got brighter. We don't just hang these on the wall — we hire, train, and promote by them, so the right attitude and effort here will take you further than a fancy resume ever could. We need people who are ready to step up, set the example, and bring out the best in the team around them — because at Bluebird, leaders aren't given a title and told to manage, they earn respect by working alongside their crew every single day. This is more than a job; it's a chance to grow with a company that's going places and wants to take you with us.
