Tom Gill Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Finance Administrator to join our growing team. This role is critical to our dealership's operations, ensuring that the documentation for all new and used car transactions is processed with precision and efficiency. As the backbone of our finance department, you will bridge the gap between sales and administration, utilizing modern technology to maintain our high standards of service.
Schedule and Commitment
This is a full-time position requiring a high level of dedication to support our sales volume and operational needs.
- Hours: Approximately 45 hours per week.
- Availability: Must be available for a flexible schedule including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts to match dealership operating hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process all documentation for new and used vehicle sales.
- Utilize multiple technology sources and software platforms to manage deal files and financial records.
- Review deal jackets for completeness and compliance with state and lender requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve administrative discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documentation.
Compensation
We value the expertise and hard work of our administrators and offer a competitive compensation package:
- Base Salary: $45,000 per year.
- Bonus Structure: Eligibility for performance-based bonuses of up to $13,000 per year.
- Total Earning Potential: Up to $58,000 annually.

Pay: $49,709.71 - $59,865.46 per year
