Role Summary: Support the Store Manager in overseeing sales and providing outstanding customer service.
Main Accountabilities
Performance Measures / Success criteria
1. Partner with SM and ASM for execution of all policies, procedures and operation of store environment including loss prevention.
2. Elevated level of customer service
3. Ensure sales floor presentation standards and maintain it regularly in order to meet company’s standards.
Educational Requirements:
· High School Diploma
Availability: Nights, Weekends, Holidays- max of 28 hours per week.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
· Must be able to lift heavy boxes – receiving, stocking purposes.
· Must be able to climb a ladder – 8’ or 14’
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
