We are expanding our outreach team and hiring motivated Appointment Setters to help schedule qualified appointments.
This role focuses on setting qualified appointments for our senior solar contract consultants.
What You’ll Do
- Contact homeowners regarding their existing solar lease or PPA agreements
- Ask qualifying questions
- Schedule appointments for senior consultants
- Maintain notes in CRM
- Follow up with interested prospects
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Semi-Monthly Draw Against Commission
- Uncapped earnings
- Performance-based income
Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable on the phone
- Motivated by performance-based income
- Sales or call center experience
- Experience in solar sales or solar appointment setting is a plus
- Self-driven and goal-oriented
In-Office, Phoenix Based Role
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
