Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend maintenance needs
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across the property
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain the overall appearance and upkeep of the property
- Identify and report any additional maintenance needs
Requirements:
- Must have your own tools and reliable transportation (truck preferred)
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- Capable of working at a quick and efficient pace
General maintenance knowledge required, including (but not limited to):
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Appliance troubleshooting and repair
- Property upkeep and general repairs
Compensation:
Pay will be determined based on experience.
