If you got into veterinary medicine because you wanted to help give animals the care they deserve and you're struggling with big business policies or a work culture that doesn't have as much compassion for people as it does animals... we get you!
Our organization invests in people and our culture because we know we can't do our best for the pets in our community if we're not also taking care of ourselves. Shelter veterinary medicine is unlike general practice in that the care you're providing is often life changing, if not life saving, for the pets in our care. You'll get to be a part of care that you may not otherwise experience and you'll be encouraged to learn more and grow your skills.
Join our team as a Lead Veterinary Assistant where your compassion and hands-on care will directly transform the lives of animals in need. From providing daily care and enrichment to helping match pets with their perfect families, this role is more than a job—it’s a chance to be part of something deeply meaningful, every single day.
We’re a team united by our shared purpose, working together to save lives, care for animals, and strengthen our community. Our workplace is filled with positivity, support, and shared purpose— really! Our team has as much compassion for one another as we do for the animals and the people in our community. We understand that even on hard days, the work that we're doing is important and fulfilling. Here, you’ll find opportunities to learn, grow, and be part of something truly meaningful. If you’re passionate about helping others and believe every life deserves love and respect, we’d be honored to have you join our mission!
