Responsibilities
- Provide non-invasive LED skincare and wellness treatments to existing clients
- Follow the spa’s established treatment protocols and instructions
- Welcome clients and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Prepare and clean the treatment room before and after appointments
- Sanitize equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Explain treatments and skincare products clearly to clients
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and additional services when needed
- Assist with basic scheduling, client follow-up, and spa operations
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Arrive on time and communicate responsibly regarding availability
Qualifications
- Active Florida Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, Esthetician, or Cosmetology license, or currently nearing graduation and licensure
- Recent graduates are welcome
- No advanced treatment experience required
- Must be reliably available work at least two days between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Weekend availability is required.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Friendly, trustworthy, professional, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed treatment protocols
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable discussing and recommending skincare products
- Must be punctual, organized, and dependable
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Primary availability is required on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Work hours will depend on scheduled client appointments
- Approximately 10–20 hours per week to start
- Additional weekday hours and responsibilities may become available as the business grows
Compensation
- $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Paid training provided
- Tips may be available
- Product sales commission may be available
- Existing clientele provided; no need to bring your own clients
