Provide individualized, high-quality physical therapy treatments to support residents’ mobility, strength, and independence
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships while encouraging engagement and progress

- Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
- Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture where support and ideas are shared
- Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing
- A genuine passion for working with older adults
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A team-oriented approach and commitment to quality care
