LaRosa's is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our restaurant and cafe operations in Andover. We are looking for a passionate leader who loves great food, exceptional guest service, and building high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate has experience managing both a restaurant and cafe environment, understands the nuances of catering and off-site events, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused atmosphere. A passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality is a must.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant and cafe operations
- Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house and management team members
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards
- Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and operational costs
- Drive sales growth through community engagement, catering, and guest retention initiatives
- Oversee catering operations, including event execution, logistics, and client relationships
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all health regulations
- Collaborate with ownership and culinary leadership to achieve business goals
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of General Manager or senior restaurant management experience
- Previous experience in both a restaurant and cafe environment required
- Catering and event management experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Strong financial acumen, including labor management and cost controls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality, guest service, and Italian cuisine
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
