What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, members, and staff by carrying out site-specific policies, managing front desk activity, and supporting security-related procedures when appropriate.

Monitor access to the location by greeting entrants, verifying credentials and/or visitor information, and documenting arrivals, departures, and deliveries.

Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.

Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and support a professional front desk presence that may help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive activity.

Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to front desk operations, visitor management, and security-related incidents.
Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

Have X-Ray screening experience preferred.

Have a state, county, or city issued security-related license preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
