Salt Peak Strategies is growing our Quantum Fiber campaign throughout Utah and looking for an AT&T Representative to join our team. As more households switch to faster, more reliable fiber internet, we're expanding our team to help customers learn about available services, current promotions, and internet solutions that fit their everyday needs.
This is a full-time, in-person position where you'll work directly with residential customers, answer questions, explain available fiber internet plans, and assist with new account enrollments. If you enjoy talking with people, staying active, and building valuable experience in customer service and sales, this is a great opportunity to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Introduce Quantum Fiber internet services, promotions, and available plan options
- Explain internet speeds, pricing, installation, and account features in a clear, professional way
- Help customers compare internet solutions based on streaming, gaming, remote work, and household connectivity needs
- Assist with customer enrollments, account setup, service activations, upgrades, and account updates
- Answer questions regarding billing, installation, service options, and account support
- Build strong customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and follow-up
- Maintain organized customer records and daily sales activity
- Represent the Quantum Fiber campaign professionally during every customer interaction
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a customer-facing environment
- Interest in sales, customer service, telecommunications, or business development
- Organized, dependable, and motivated to achieve goals
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, food service, sales, or other people-focused roles is helpful but not required
As an AT&T Representative, you'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the opportunity to build real-world experience while helping customers connect to fast, reliable fiber internet.
