We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician who takes ownership, shows up ready, and knows how to get the job done right the first time.
This is a seasoned team environment — not a solo, chaotic maintenance role. You’ll be part of a group that knows how to turn units, solve problems, and keep a student housing community running at a high level.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete daily work orders and service requests
- Handle drywall patching, painting, and basic carpentry repairs
- Support unit turns and make-readies
- Maintain curb appeal and common areas
- Work alongside a strong maintenance team with clear expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in drywall, patching, painting, or basic carpentry
- Someone who takes pride in doing quality work
- Reliable, accountable, and consistent
- Team-oriented — no drama, no shortcuts
- Comfortable working in fast-paced student housing
Compensation & Perks
