Outpatient physical therapy setting located within a YMCA facility

Day shift schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

20-week contract assignment

Minimum 2 years of recent physical therapy experience in the relevant specialty

Active PT license required (license required if applicable)

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Valid US Social Security Number required for consideration
