Location: Tucson, Arizona
Base Salary: $120,000–$140,000
Bonus: Eligible for up to 10%

We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation of a world-class luxury resort in Tucson, Arizona. This is a highly selective opportunity for a proven culinary leader who brings James Beard- or Michelin-caliber experience, a sophisticated culinary point of view, and a strong background in luxury resort operations.
This destination property is recognized for delivering an elevated, highly personalized guest experience. The Executive Chef will play a critical role in shaping the culinary identity of the resort while leading a talented team across a complex, high-end operation.
The Ideal Candidate
We are specifically seeking an Executive Chef with a high-caliber culinary pedigree. Candidates should have experience working within Michelin-starred, James Beard-recognized, nationally acclaimed, or similarly prestigious culinary environments.
Required background includes:
- Current or recent Executive Chef or equivalent senior culinary leadership experience
- Proven experience in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environment
- Strong culinary credentials with Michelin, James Beard, or comparable elite restaurant experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, sophisticated culinary teams
- Experience managing multiple culinary outlets and/or complex resort food and beverage operations
- A creative, modern culinary philosophy with an appreciation for wellness, nutrition, seasonality, and exceptional ingredients
- Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills
- Must be willing to relocate to Tucson, Arizona
Candidates without Michelin, James Beard, or comparable high-caliber culinary experience will not be considered.
