Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in customer service, youth services, or related fields.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to effectively use technology relevant to assigned duties.

Successful references and background checks.
6. Demonstrated reliability: consistent attendance, punctuality, and positive evaluations.
7. Successful pre-employment physical exam and criminal records background check.
Preferred:
1. Associate’s degree or higher in education, human services, or related fields
2. Experience working with at-risk youth or in school settings.
3. Training in conflict resolution, trauma-informed care, or restorative practices.
