Experienced Exterior Carpenter Wanted
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Exterior Carpenter to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, work well independently and with a crew, and have experience with exterior residential construction, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair roofing systems
- Experience installing, repairing, and replacing seamless gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and drainage systems.
- Install siding (vinyl, fiber cement, wood, composite, etc.)
- Install windows, doors, trim, soffit, and fascia
- Build and repair decks, porches, and exterior framing
- Read and follow blueprints and project specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of exterior carpentry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of exterior building methods and materials
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
