Job Overview
We’re seeking a Production Technician to operate electronics assembly machines, reflow ovens, CNC routers, and use various hand tools including soldering irons. If you’re passionate about precision and technology, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components with expert hand soldering techniques.
- Operate SMT pick-and-place machines and nitrogen reflow ovens to create reliable circuits.
- Use CNC routers and hand tools to shape and refine custom parts.
- Troubleshoot production challenges to keep things running smoothly.
- Collaborate with a talented team to drive innovation in electronics manufacturing.
- Assist with inventory management and packing as needed.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques for assembling electronic components.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to electronics fabrication.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for troubleshooting electronic devices.
- Comfortable using hand tools, CNC routers, and advanced production equipment.
