We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide high-quality, personalized care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
Duties/ Tasks:
*Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
*Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
*Monitor and record vital signs
*Provide medication reminders
*Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
*Support clients with daily activities and companionship
*Observe and report changes in client condition to supervising nurse or healthcare professional
*Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients
*Follow care plans and document services provided accurately
Requirements:
*Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification and/or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
*Current CPR certification
*Ability to pass background check
*Annual employment physical (including Tuberculosis results)
Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with clients
*Compassionate, patient, and dependable
