Job Title: Registered Nurse
Assignment Length: 13 weeks with possible extension

Pay rate: $60/hour

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about making a positive, lasting impact. In this role, you will be a vital anchor for our healthcare team, assessing and monitoring all aspects of our individuals' medical and psychiatric care.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with community healthcare providers, nutrition services, and behavior specialists to deliver high-quality, holistic care.
- Oversee and coordinate all healthcare appointments, ensuring thorough and timely follow-ups.
- Train, empower, and delegate medication administration and nursing tasks to the Direct Support Team.
- Maintain, review, and audit medical records to monitor health concerns and document the delegation of nursing tasks.
- Perform other job duties as needed or assigned by the client.
Job Requirements:
- At least one (1) year of clinical registered professional nursing experience within the last five years.
- Active IL RN License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19
