Our shop is a quiet celebration of handmade beauty—featuring artisan jewelry, pottery, and meaningful gifts inspired by the natural world and the spirit of the West. We care deeply about the story behind every piece we carry and the experience we create for everyone who walks through our doors.
About the Role:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll do more than ring up purchases—you’ll help people find meaningful pieces, share the stories behind our makers, and create a space where customers feel welcome, relaxed, and inspired. We value personal interactions over transactions and believe shopping should feel like a moment of calm and discovery.
You'll also have the opportunity to offer permanent jewelry to our customers. Delicate, custom fit chains that are welded on for a seamless, lasting adornment. We'll provide the training, so no welding experience is needed-just steady hands, attention to detail and a warm, confident presence.

- Have an appreciation for handmade goods, art, design, and the little details.
- Have general knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, and jewelry making.
- Are dependable, self-motivated, and enjoy keeping a space beautiful and organized.
- Like to work in a calm, intentional environment. No drama will be tolerated.
- Are comfortable using a POS system and handling day-to-day retail tasks
- Are able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Must have reliable transportation.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome customers and offer thoughtful, pressure-free assistance.
- Share the stories and materials behind our products and artists
- Maintain a clean, beautiful, and well-stocked store
- Handle sales transactions and opening/closing responsibilities
- Support in receiving new inventory and merchandising
- Represent the spirit and values of our shop with heart and professionalism
Details:
- This position is based in downtown Golden, CO.
- 2-3 days per week (Shifts are usually 7-8 hours. Open 10am-6pm everyday)
- Weekend and holiday season availability. (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day).
