Key Responsibilities
The Partner Manager serves as the strategic lead for assigned client and partner accounts, ensuring successful relationship management, operational execution, and long-term growth. This role is responsible for overseeing implementations, driving partner engagement strategies, managing cross-functional collaboration, and identifying opportunities to maximize client and partner value through Mobile Health solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner accounts, building strong relationships with stakeholders, wellness teams, and business functional leaders.
- Consult with partners on best practices for utilizing Mobile Health products and programs based on product capabilities, industry trends, and opportunities for cost control and engagement growth.
- Oversee the planning, tracking, and delivery of client and partner projects to ensure timely, high-quality implementations and ongoing operational success.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, technical, and business analysts, to support partner growth initiatives and align priorities across the Mobile Health roadmap.
- Gather, document, and communicate business and technical requirements to support client configurations and project delivery.
- Conduct final-level UAT testing to ensure solutions meet client and partner requirements and quality standards.
- Champion operational and process improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, and overall user experience.
- Conduct training and presentations for clients, partners, HR teams, and wellness coordinators to maximize utilization and value of Mobile Health programs.
- Continuously evaluate account performance and identify opportunities for innovation, expansion, retention, and long-term relationship growth.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5 years of account management, project management, or client relationship experience.
- Health and wellness industry experience preferred.
- Experience working with healthcare organizations, health plans, benefits, brokers, or ACOs preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal and external teams.
- Experience with mobile engagement and communication strategies preferred.
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence) preferred.
Work Environment
- The majority of job responsibilities will be conducted remotely from a home office location.
- Occasional travel to client and partner site locations throughout the United States may be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
