KRAMER PRO is growing, and we're growing our Live Events and Rentals team.
This is a hybrid sales and production role within our Live Events & Rentals team. You’ll build
client relationships, create quotes, manage project logistics, and oversee onsite execution to
ensure every event runs smoothly and represents KRAMER PRO at the highest level. Some
days you’ll be in the office, some days you’ll be in the warehouse, and some days you’ll be
leading onsite execution as the Production Manager.
What You'll Do:

Build quotes for live events and rental projects

Manage client communication from initial conversation through final event wrap

Act as onsite production manager for events of various sizes

Coordinate with the Live Events & Rentals team to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently

Represent KRAMER PRO professionally and consistently wherever the work takes you

Professional experience in live events or AVL production required

A track record of managing clients, projects, or both

Strong communication and follow-through — you don't let things fall through the cracks

The ability to juggle multiple projects without losing the details

A valid driver's license and the ability to work onsite at events required

Ability to stay composed and make decisions in fast-paced environments
