Come join our brand-new Game Show Battle Rooms team in Baltimore, MD opening on September 10th. Game Show Battle Rooms is one of the only immersive game show experiences in the country and we are looking for charismatic performers to help facilitate our unforgettable shows!
As a game show host, you will be hosting experiences for groups of 8-32 people in our custom game show arenas. This is the PERFECT position for theatre actors, improv comedians, and radio personalities. Your responsibilities include creating and maintaining an entertaining environment for our guests as they battle through multiple game shows.
As a game show producer/tech, you will be in charge of audio, visual, and lighting controls during the show as well as working with our hosts to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. The tech also acts as the announcer for the duration of the show (Think Andy Richter to Conan O'Brien or Steve Higgins to Jimmy Fallon).
The games you will facilitate include:
Survey Battles – a friendly feud for the top survey answers!
Spin and Solve – the classic wheel spinning word guessing game show!
What’s that Cost – a series of price-guessing mini games!
Match-Up Wars – read your teammates’ minds and predict their answers!
Time Rush Games – 60 second skill challenges!
Starting Pay Rates:
Training- $15 an hour
*Producer/tech- $15 an hour with the opportunity for significant tips
*Host- $17 an hour with the opportunity for significant tips
*It is required that everyone is capable of doing both positions. Current employees at existing locations average $30-$40+/hour when tips are included in total compensation.
Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
