We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English/Bilingual Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This position involves engaging with children in various activities that promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development. The English/Bilingual Child Care Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure each child's individual needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with childhood development goals.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage children in play, educational activities, and arts and crafts to stimulate their creativity.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive interactions among children.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and ensuring hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare or a related field is preferred (babysitting, caregiving).
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience working with special education needs is a plus.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in behavior management techniques to support children's social interactions.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various age groups (infants to toddlers).
- Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine love for working with children and contributing positively to their growth.
