Affinity Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver to join our team in Lansdale, PA. This full-time position providing support to clients in their homes. We are looking for caring individuals who are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and independence of those we serve.

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Personal care support, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Meal preparation and nutritional support

Light housekeeping

Laundry and linen changes

Mobility and transfer assistance

Incontinence care, as needed

Medication reminders (as permitted by the care plan)

Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Companionship and emotional support

Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor

Ability to provide highquality care while preserving client dignity and independence

Must comply with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements, including clocking in and out at the client's verified service location

Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
