Compensation
- $75,000–$95,000 base salary
- Annual bonus opportunity
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage accounting and financial analysis for operational expenses
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Analyze spending trends, variances, and operational costs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and expense allocation
- Develop reporting that provides actionable business insights
- Support audits while maintaining strong internal controls
- Participate in financial modeling, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Need to Be Considered
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience analyzing high-volume transactional data
- Background supporting operations-driven environments
- Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence/reporting tools
- Exposure to automation, process improvement, or data analytics initiatives
- Public company and/or SOX compliance experience
