OVERVIEW
GrandViews Real Estate Management is a growing property management company located in Central Wisconsin managing properties in and around the Wausau area. We are seeking an individual who would work collaboratively with the maintenance team and tenants to ensure the best customer service and living accommodations by assisting in maintenance operations which include, but are not limited to:
- Minor general property repairs (i.e. changing out door knobs and locks, replacing faucets or appliance components, etc.)
- Light cleaning
- Painting and staining
- Yard work
- Carpentry (i.e. replace doors, cut and place flooring and carpets, cabinets and counter tops, etc.)
- Ensure safety standards (install smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers, etc.)
- Posting notices
- Uphold the mission, vision and value of the Company

Experience
2+ years in the trades.
Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Located in or around the Wausau area with the ability to travel to surrounding areas (i.e., Merrill, Stevens Point, Marshfield, Medford, etc.)
- Lift minimum 25 pounds consistently
- General Contractor or other similar licensing preferred, but not required
Benefits
- Pay is dependent on experience
- 32-40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, with participation in a weekend call rotation for tenant emergencies
Pay: $24.00 - $38.00 per hour
