Autism Spectrum Disability Services (ASDS) is seeking multiple part time positions for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)s at 20-40 hours per week paid at an hourly rate to serve children with Autism in the Reno/Sparks area. Autism Spectrum and Disability Services (ASDS) is a short-term client centered intervention and caregiver-training service aimed at ameliorating client deficits and problem behavior, cultivating independent and adaptive skills, and improving caregiver and staff knowledge and skill base with Applied Behavior Analytic treatments and other empirically supported strategies.
Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or higher
- Current drivers license
- Reliable transportation with ability to travel to client homes in the Reno/Sparks area
- Pass Background Check
- RBT certification/Obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire date
Other Preferred Job Qualifications
- Part or full time positions available. Availability in the late afternoon/evening at least three days a week is preferred.
- Bilingual in spanish
- Experience working in ABA or with children with or with out disabilities
Additional Job Details
- If you do not currently have your RBT certification, paid training can be provided to obtain the certification.
- Travel Pay and Milage
- Hours, days, and shifts depend on client need and availability, overlap. ASDS works with staff to schedule sessions in a flexible manner.
- On the road or remote hours provided based on client need and availability.
- BCBA/BCaBA supervision offered to individuals who meet BACB requirements to begin accruing hours

Job Responsibilities
- Consistent communication with team and supervisor

- Implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as directed by BCBA 1 on 1 with client in home setting or via telehealth
- Accurate data recording and documentation
- Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
- When accredited, maintain RBT credential with the BACB current and Nevada state license
