Wilco Fencing is a fast-growing fencing and contracting company looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners on pre-set appointments, quote fence installs, and close deals — no cold-calling required. We provide the leads; you bring the hustle.
Responsibilities -
Run pre-set appointments with homeowners (company-provided leads)
Measure properties and build accurate on-site quotes
Educate customers on fence materials, styles, and pricing
Close sales and hand off clean job details to install crews
Manage your pipeline in our CRM
Qualifications -
Self-motivated, coachable, comfortable talking to homeowners face-to-face
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Sales experience preferred (home improvement/contracting a plus, not required)
Basic comfort with a tablet/phone for quoting and CRM entry
Ability to measure and read a property/survey plat (we'll train)
