ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Train, supervise, direct, and support work force in their activities to ensure production targets
- Monitor the concentrator processes and optimize/determine the proper operating parameters
- Inspect the equipment to determine status for repair or PM and initiate appropriate action
- Administer Ray Complex Safety Program and insure regulatory compliance
- Administer the labor contract and handle all employee issues (grievances/inquiries, etc.) Provide timekeeping, scheduling, WO/maintenance and purchasing/warehouse input/work needed
Requirements:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Good communication skills.
- Must have excellent computer skills with MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Excel, as well as ability to utilize other software systems. Knowledge of MIMS software.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School or General Education Degree (GED)
Five (5) years of job related experience in the milling process
